Leiria Flying Objects team

Leiria Flying Objects is a Disc sports team, mainly Ultimate Frisbee and Disc Golf based in Leiria, which is located in the centeral part of Portugal. Despite Leiria being a small city with relatively low population, in 2019 LFO counted with 62 players signed in, being the Ultimate team in Portugal with most players.
As a team we strive for integration, fair-play and having the best spirit possible. We won several times the spirit award of both the Portuguese ultimate beach league and Grass ultimate league.
LFO is a team that aims to always improve that’s why we usually organize some competitions between us as way of training, improving and most important of all, having a good time with all our teammates.
We are in Villages on the Move project to try to make sports available for everyone. One of our main goals is to develop the rules for wheelchair Ultimate Frisbee and Disc Golf and try to make it official.
